What do you want to see happen in your life? What do you want to change?

The moment you decide to change, there is a problem. 

The problem is when you decide to be different, to change, we have 1000 excuses to stay the same. 

Change is not comfortable.  It is messy and hard. 

Have you ever gone to the gym in January? 

Have you ever gone to the gym in March?

Only 8% of New Year’s resolutions are kept. We have good intentions. But….




Your motivation has to come from your “why”. 

Why do you want this change?

Your “why” has to be strong enough to overcome the excuses. 

I know I’ve been 10 months into my goal,


I haven’t achieved it. 

It’s hard. 

I’m overwhelmed. 

SO WHAT?! Do these thoughts get me any closer to my goal?  Um, no. 

Just do it. No excuses. Just go. 

  1. Write down all the reasons you want to achieve your goal. 
  2. Now, write down all the reasons you can’t achieve your goal. 
  3. Finally, turn your problems into solutions. Next to each “can’t” statement, entire what you need to do to overcome it.
